How long can you stick to a diet that you LIKE? Longer. How long can you stick to a diet that you hate? Probably not that long. Real people are getting killer results on this program because it’s more enjoyable to follow over the long term. On the other hand, Superhero X12 shows you how you can eat your favorite foods EVERY DAY… and still improve your body.
Jeff Cavaliere is trying to sculpt your body in the image of some of the most elite physiques in professional sports.ĭoes that mean I’m doomed to carry my own tupperware containers full of “healthy food” to the next Thanksgiving dinner? Why? Because that’s not how professional athletes eat n’ stuff. Well, if you follow Athlean-X, you can’t have any sweets. Plus, there’s even a bonus 2-day workout option that let’s you train EVEN LESS and STILL build muscle!įinally, the diet plans for Athlean-X are pretty restrictive.įor example, do you like ice cream? Yea, me too! This program is backed by scientific research and is designed to fit into your schedule and train your muscles efficiently so you don’t waste hours grinding in the gym with nothing to show for it. If you can commit to 3 hours of training each week, you can transform your body. Superhero X12 gives you a complete blueprint to build muscle in just 3 workouts per week. Personally, I’d rather hit my workouts hard, in fewer visits, and then spend more time kicking my feet up watching Netflix.Īnd with Superhero X12, you can do just that.
Nowadays, we’re all busy as hell and we try our best to not let the few precious minutes of free time that we have slip through our fingers like grains of sand. Well, that’ll be your life if you sign up. Second, Athlean-X programs typically eat up your free time and make you practically LIVE in the gym.ĭo you like the idea of working out 5 or 6 days per week? I think Max Size is a great program for maingaining. You don’t have to waste money buying multiple programs because Superhero X12 has specific workouts, diets, and strategies to help you do it all. One thing I agree with Jeff, as well as Greg Doucette about, is how cutting and bulking make no sense, and its better to just "maingain" so to speak. I think it was a bit too gimmicky and switching things up each week made it hard to master the concepts you were doing. I will definitely be doing it again at some point. It's hard to gain any significant mass in a 3 month program but from a pure lifting standpoint I liked it. I really like the Max Size Program, I've done it twice. I'll probably do something different next time I need to do some fat loss. It was fun the 1st and 2nd time around because it was new and exciting and you could push yourself but this past year having already done it 3 times it felt like going through the motions. However I think I am done doing it as this past year it was just too boring. I've done Max Shred, Max Size, and AX2 I've done Max Shred every year the last 4 years after New Years at the 5 Alarm Level.
